    Hi everyone,
For some reason my mediadirect is acting up. I press the mediadirect button on my XPS M1330 and it loads fine. The picture, movie, and video options all work fine but when I press the music option the program stops working and the error pops up saying, "Cyberlink PowerCinema Main Program is not responding".

I tried uninstalling mediadirect and reinstalling and it still didn't help. I have no idea how to fix this. Thanks in advance.

I had the similar problem in my XPS1530, I came over it by uninstalling the codecs which I had installed. Sometimes media player, etc. download it for you. Give it a try.

Thanks for the tip, but you know what, I think im just going to format my HD and wipe the Mediadirect. It's such a waste of space, then all i'll have to figure out is how to fix the button.

The button can be re-assigned in the registry

    Local Machine>System>Control Set>Control>Mobile PC>HotStartButtons

There are two Control Set sections and both need to be modified.
