    Hey all,

I'm about to make a purchase on either the D630 or the D830, not sure which at the moment, still debating. Anyways, long story short, I don't want to pay Dell's ridiculous prices on the RAM, so what kind of memory (preferably the ones on the cheap ram thread) works with the D630 and/or D830...The one that I'm looking at is 2GB SuperTalent DDR2-667 SODIMM Micron Chip Notebook Memory So yeah any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Dell sells 1GB on their site for $44 a stick, very competitively priced. It should be under the D630's parts options (not when you customize it).

Most any quality brand should work. Just go to Newegg or wherever and buy one.
