I've got a D820 coming to me shortly, and I'm looking forward to it and everyone's posts have been really helpful in the process.
So I felt it only right to post about something that concerns more than just me.
If you've ordered a laptop from the the Small Business Store since at least 8/13 (when I noticed the problem, and when I ordered mine.) and also ordered the Western Digital 320gb External HD as an accessory, you won't get that one.. you'll get the 250gb version, as the sku numbers are messed up.
I go into detail here.
I explain how I found the problem, and the crazy steps it took to get it resolved, I'd never had such a bad experience with Dell and have been a customer for about 10 years now.
So I hope this is helpful to someone that is in the same situation as me, or someone that has ordered, and doesn't know they are in the same situation..
As I had to go to hell and back to correct it. And to think, it looked like a good deal to snag one... hehehehehe.
