My 9300 is only a few months old and I use skype to talk online very often and recently the plug has seemed to become loose or something, I can't seem to get it working, I tried different microphones so it must not be the microphone problem, Dell told me that I have to get the motherboard replaced, I'm overseas right now and didn't get the international warranty, any quick fixes and can anyone tell me how to open this thing so I can take a look inside to see if anything is loose? Thanks

Another idea if you have bluetooth is to try a bluetooth headset. I plan on getting one of those some day as I video conference alot and it would get rid of all of the wires.

Has anyone tried this and know of a model which works?
