    There is no phone number for corpororate. You have to request that someone call you via the customer service line. They call back between 24-48 business hours. In my case it was 3 days! According to the customer care, they are the only ones who have an estimate when the colors will actually be in.

    Well, I guess I'll be getting my fourth delay since they won't be getting the blue lids until after my ship date. I was really hoping I'd get this computer in time for school too. Did they say any reason why they don't get all the colors at once instead of one color at a time?
