    Yaaaay.

I ordered a 1520 w/ the Midnight Blue lid, 1440x960 (or some res that I can't remember, I know the first number is right) screen, T7300, 2 GB of RAM, and the 8600M GT. Ordered August 10, they (obviously) missed the original ESD of Sept 3.

I called them up and was told that it would most likely not even go into production until mid / late Septemeber. Imagine my surprise when I checked yesterday and saw it had been built and shipped!

Oh, and Thursday night I got an email with a 'mystery' discount (Canadian email offer); when I redeemed, it was good for 20% off. I called Dell on Friday, spent an hour on the phone, and they agreed to take 20% of my already shipped order =D
