Does a replacement computer come with the same 21 day return policy? Like, I have till tomorrow to return my computer, if I wait for them to ship out the replacement will I get another 21 days? The reason I ask is because the tech support sucks and if there is something wrong with the replacement I just want to be able to return it instead of dealing with them again...of course if that isn't an option I might just call them today or tomorrow and ask for a refund.

I ordered a replacement last week after the tech support guy not only didn't fix my problem, he didn't put the computer back together right. I was told I would receive it in 1-3 days and here it is a week later and all they can tell me is "your order is being processed."

The return period is 21 days from the original invoice. If you get a replacement on the 20th day, you only will have one more day to decide and not another 21. They tried to pull that on me once, so don't let them. If you get the replacement after 21 days you're out of luck.

There is no sound. I tried both Windows XP and Suse Linux. But the speaker does work with the diagnostic test, bios password when coming back from standby, and even with Windows if I type in the wrong password when the computer has just been started. Dell doesn't know what is wrong with it and neither does the tech they sent. Weird problem.
