I've had this Mini 10 not the V model for about 2 weeks and really like it. One thing thats got me confused is the processor. It came with the Z520 1.33 ghz, this is supposed to be a single core right? It shows two processors in the general tab, the section in hardware under processors, and when I ctrl+alt+del and go to the performance tab it shows two like my dual core centrino vostro. Whats the deal here?

    Probably due to Hyperthreading! ;)

The Atom Z520 does have Hyper-Threading technology, effectively making one core appear and function as two. The Core i7 series uses the same technology to make 4 cores work as 8.
