Tried to search, but didnt have any luck.

I currently have a Inspiron mini 11z with the i3 330um processor, and and would lke to upgrade it to the I640um. I have found several sources of a used i7 640um processor (actally a complete M11z motherboard/processor), but am unsure if it will work.

The CPU is soldered to the motherboard, but if you replace the motherboard with the one you want, there's no reason this shouldn't work.

Thank you. If it's soldered to the motherboard, I won't even bother with it.
