This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    If this is not the appropriate forum then apologies. I just bought myself a netbook - i cant get it to connect to the web. Its connecting to the wireless router no problem but when i click on Internet Explorer its saying "this page cannot be displayed". I have tried everything to try and sort this out. Any suggestions?

    you do have internet access with other laptops over the same router, right?
