I'm missing two drivers for my m1210, and for the love of me I can't identify what they are for. Heres a picture of the two suspects.

The first one is your modem.

The second one is part of your chipset drivers.

You can find the proper drivers for your machine at the dell support site.

I'd try installing the chipset drivers first. That might fix both of them. If not then install the modem driver.

    I hope this helps.

    Try this for your chipset.

    And this for your modem.

You were right, it was the chipset and modem! Thanks robbirzell. No more annoying popups on startup now.
