    Missing Order Confirmation

    I ordered a Dell M1330 system using the recent $799 off offer combined with my Employee discount program. It's been two days and I have not received a order confirmation. Online the purchase ID shows order # as "pending"... Has anyone else run into this? It's been well over two days. Could Dell have just misplaced the order? :S

    After chatting with an XPS sales rep who couldn't see my order I decided to reorder.. however that order is still in the same stage. I received emails with "Order Acknowledged" but no order number or order confirmation.

    Appreciate any thoughts you have..

    I had a similar situation but it was for the M1530, where I was in the acknowledgment stage for 2 days and the order was not confirmed. I called Dell CS and they said that the order somehow was not received. However, they were able to trace the purchase ID no. and confirmed my order.

    Later, I canceled the order for the M1530 and ordered the M1330 instead with similar deal to yours and I got the acknowledgment and confirmation right away.

    Thanks a lot... I called Support who insisted that the order was not received. However, I emailed my EPP representative and she forwarded the acknowledgment to an order processor. Both my orders were confirmed. Now I need to cancel one.. :S
