The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    I reformatted my I9300 a week ago and since then i cannot play any streaming music or movies. I can play them if i save them to my desktop, but the stuff that plays in the webpages says "additional plug-in's required", when i click to install them it says it doesnt know which one it is and asks me to do it manually. My windows media player is up to date, i have Divx Codec, i have FFD show codec, i downloaded macromedia players...i don't get it.
