I received my Alienware m17x a few days ago, however I only received the laptop and not the accessory box with all the warranty, backup/OS disks, adapters, etc.

So I'm left with a $3,500 brick (after waiting for 7 weeks) that I can't use, I've tried calling Dell customer support and they've said it hasn't arrived yet (which makes no sense, I've never heard of anyone missing the accessories in the m17x package). Hopefully it will arrive Monday or Tuesday as that's when they said it will.

However, if I don't get the box by then, who should I contact (I'm am Australian customer). I'm sick of being ping-ponged around call reps all saying different things. I know USA Dell has an unresolved issues section, but Aus does not. Am I able to use the US Dell customer care (since they seem easier to escalate issues with)?
