    Money back on account?

    Hey

    Im waiting for my 1500 to arrive, estimated date is on wednesday, says so on Schenkers tracking.

    When I ordered the computer the money was taken from my account.

    But now I checked my balance, and the money was back!
    Why did the money go back to my account? I am worried that my laptop will be delayed, because nothing has happened on Schenkers tracking since thursday!

    And this is what i read on their site too:

    Incoterms DDU - DELIVERED DUTY UNPAID

    Its because Dell removes the money from the account to check to make sure its there, then they put the money back and don't charge you until after the laptop has shipped

    If they shipped it already you could close down your account and move somehere else. But that option gets mentioned every time.

    Yeah they have done the same for me, very strange!

    Pointless checking if the money is there when theres so many delays going on at the moment!
