    Hi guys

I bought my Dell D630 two weeks ago.
The monitor is CMO 1428 and the display adaptor is Nvidia nvs 135m.

I am very happy with my laptop but it seems to me I have some lags in scrolling documents or web pages (it's like on a CRT screen you have low refresh rates). On black content you can see some small stripes on the screen when scrolling, it's like refresing....

I tried all the drivers from nvidia. I have the last one now 163.73 or something. I tried all the settings from nvidia panel.

    Can anywone help me?

    Can anyone help me?

By editing some options in NVidia Control Panel - Adjust desktop color settings -> GAMA , I did some improvement by setting gama to zero (0). The display is darker, but I don't see the lines.

The problem is also in the movies. Let's say I use the Bsplayer and the movie is on full screen. When the Bsplayer's control box is on, in the full screen movie, I can see on the display some shadows that strech from the control box to the left and right of it.

Finally I found what it is: Screen Tearing. In games is ok now, I did Vsinc on and triple buf. on, but in Windows Xp (documents, movies) it the same . :((
