Awesome. Can't wait to get mine.

Say, do you know brand of memory came with your machine?

Having the battery in the front would annoy the hell out of me.

Yeah, the thing in front is weird at first. However, if I ever wanted to use the battery for a long time, it would be great. And if I decide I do not like it, it is EASILY solved with a 6 cell battery.

I do not know the brand of memory as they put their 1GB in the hard to get to place and I am not going there :)

I really believe that anyone waiting on this machine will be completely happy with it, enjoy!

    Thanks, Dave.

Just replaced the memory on my 630, purchased July, and they were made by Hynix.

I was going to upgrade the memory in my machine when I get it...

Should I just put another 1GB stick in there, or should I get rid of the stock one and run a dual channel 2x1GB setup? I would much prefer to do the former unless there are major performance gains by doing the latter.

That's been debated here before, but I don't think i've ever seen a definitive answer, real-world or otherwise.

Hopefully it will turn up one day.
