    Motorola HS850 only starting "Audio Gateway"

    I have the Dell 355 bluetooth device in my Inspiron 9400 and have paired my Motorola bluetooth headset up with it and told it to use the Headset service but whenever I use the headset the "Headset" service doesn't start but the "Audio Gateway" service starts (headset shows "disconnected). How do I fix this?
