I just purchased the Motorola S9 for my m1530 and I'm having issues. I can get the headphones to pair but I can't get Vista to send music to them.

In the BT profile all of the services are installed and it shows up in the Sound configuration, I can test it and sound gets sent to it, I just can't figure out how to get the sound fromthe speakers to go over BT.

Has anyone got this working with their 1530, I searched the forums and didn't find much. Thanks for your help!

I did get my s9 to work with my 1530, its been a while..but as I remember, there was a screen somewhere where I had to enter the pairing code, and I think I used 0000. It was a small radio button field and i think the other choice was automatic or ignore or something. That got it to work. I will check when I get home and report. In any case it will work and it sounds great.

    Thanks for the quick reply!

I have it paired just fine, where I had to enter 0000, and it shows up, I just can't get music to play over it.

    Thanks again!

With the device paired to Vista and it's profiles set up as you desire, it should be as simple as right clicking the Bluetooth icon in your taskbar, wandering up to 'Stereo Audio' through the 'Quick Connect' menu and clicking on the paired device.

Your computer should then establish a connection to your paired headphones for all subsequent audio requests sent through the machine.

From what I remember, mine did pair but no music and using the 0000 code did the trick. Also, you may want to check settings in 'sound' and what devices are checked...again i will go back tonight and see what i find...

Once paired the only thing you need to do is connect to the device. Don't start messing around with your speaker configuration.

Since headphones have no method of inputting keycodes, they ship pre-configured to '0000'.
