Quick question. Here at work we have a Dell D630 and a docking station. The USB mouse and keyboard were both having an issue at first. Now its just the mouse. Symptoms, When the computer is booting in the bios screen, the light on the optical mouse goes red. But then when windows XP starts booting, the mouse goes dark again.
What could be causing this issue? The mouse wont work needless to say, when windows boots all the way up. Im sure this is the same issue that the wireless keyboard and mouse is having, but we were trying to get the USB wired mouse working for starters.
