Well... I have been wondering and waiting to see if the studio 17 touchscreen would end up with a 1080p resolution. I have been watching and reading about this computer on this forum for some time now. After reading reviews on how much better the 1080p screen is much better than the 900p screen I am getting very inpatient and saying "f - it" I like the way pictures I take look on my friends Mac pro notebook (1080p) and it is so crisp and clear vs how they look on my 5 year old Inspiron 9300! I want that look on my Dell studio.
So my question is this. Does the Studio 1747 or 1749 come with the Synaptics gesture suite for multi gesture (two finger scrolling, two finger rotate, two finger pich to zoom, three finger flick...... etc,etc....??????) Synaptics Gesture Suite? for TouchPads | Synaptics does the trackpad/touch pad have the capability. How do I find out if it does? I think I am going to bite the bullet soon and will be buying the 1747 i7 on the dell outlet soon with the 1080p screen. If I can't have the 1080p touchscreen then I would like a 1080p screen with a multi touch gesture touch pad/track pad. It may sound funny but I like the gesture idea and thats why I was aim towards the touch screen (for pinch zoom pics etc.)
