    I can definitely appreciate this thread! Big congrats! I ordered mine on 7/24, and am waiting (not so patiently) for the estimated ship date of 8/10. I was given a free upgrade to overnight shipping though! I think I check the order status once ~5 mins...lol.

    "I have some important information for you." Argh!!! Mine is still in the build status. I figure, though, I am getting closer each day. It is supposed to ship tomorrow, but I don't see how that is going to happen if it is still in build.

    Cool. A CSR gave me a tracking number, but it doesn't work on the DHL website yet, so I don't know when it it coming. :(

    I think they forgot about my sisters 1520... ordered the 10th and supposed to ship the 2nd but its still in the build stage. I have a gut feeling that it wont ship till next week.

    I never did get an email confirmation. I called and went on line.
    I did set it up for them to email me though, dang dell slacking off!

    Im soo glad I reordered like Zydan and thevjm. I had previously been waiting on a midnight blue 1520 with a T7300 that was ordered on July 8th. After multiple delays it was still in the build stage after 3 weeks, so I reordered with 2 small changes, Jet Black and a T7500. In FIFTEEN HOURS I was in the boxing stage,basically saying that my new order progressed further in 15 hours than my first order did in 3 weeks. So Now I just wait for it to ship.

    I never got a confirmation email. I had to go on chat to get my tracking number. I guess the CSR was wrong, because DHL says I wont get it until Thursday. I'm happy that Dell was so quick with me though.
