hmmmm, besides a power cable and a few disk what gives it another 7LBS :D

I am already worried about its bulk by some posters, who claim the thing looks like a mini frig lol :D

    Weight of the box.
Weight of the sytrofoam that holds everything.
Weight of the CD's, power cords, 1520 manuals, papers and other "essentials".
Weight of the actual laptop with the battery.
    AND
The carriers usually round up...so I'm gonna say it's 12 pounds.

The booklets that come with it are the size of the phone books where I live..

They got a like 75 - 200 page book on just contacting Dell..lmfao..

The laptop is slightly bulky but not anywhere near a frig..
