Not a huge deal but I'm just curious. If I get a quote through an online chat and make a purchase does it matter if said purchase doesn't appear under Recent Order Status. I can still check the order by typing in the order # / customer #. Just curious....thanks

Same happened to me on pretty much all my Dell purchases, I wouldn't worry about it.

It's not a big deal. It's just how you purchased. You can still check your order status (and it will prolly appear later ~ it should be in your Account Info)..may be slow to catchup.
My purchases that I make on accessories, some of them have never appeared in my dell.com online account, but I was able to click the Order Acknowledgment link for the latest updates.
