I'm pretty sure how and when it stopped working. About a month ago I was creating a music CD for a friend of mine. The source of the songs came from a flash drive. About half-way through the process of burning it I (without thinking) removed the flash drive (once i did that my computer became extremely slow and i couldn't do anything and I had to manually shut it off.). And now my Dell Inspiron 6000 laptop won't read any CD I give it. However it does read DVDs. Please help, I'd really appreciate it.
