    My Dell Inspiron has suddenly stopped charging

    Once my Dell Inspiron was kept on charging after few hours I thought it might have been changed but it was still not charged at all and it shut down after I plug-out the charger. Now, I need to carry along the charger with me all the time. What might have been the problem? Is there any problem in my charger or my battery?

    I took it to one of the techs, they said me I need to change my battery.
