    Dell inspiron E1505 WITHOUT Fingerprint and only 5400 RPM drive with 1 year warranty was around $1425 - I figured 3 years and Latitude with those 2 extras was worth the extra $350

    that is not bad at all. Mine was a slightly less but i went with lower resolution screen and 1 GB ram (later upgraded)

    I think thats a good price for a system like that. If I had the money then I'd get it. Sounds like a great system and its a latitude so its alot better quality then the inspiron line up. Plus if you ever use a docking bay then it will actually be worth your time.
