About every ten minutes, my laptop makes a clicking, rattling sound, like a bb bouncing around inside the case. It seems to come from the front, probably just under the trackpad. I haven't timed them, but it seems to be fairly regular. It doesn't sound like a good thing.

It happens while the computer is in heavy use and while it is sitting idle, I can't pick any particular time it does it.

Anyone know what this is? Should I be worried?

Could be the hard drive. Noisy HDDs are normally a sign that they are failing. Keep your data backed up, and maybe see about sending it back, if it's still under warranty.
