I have had my inspiron only for about 1 week (actually I'm typing on it right now)! Everything works great except for this irritating problem with a few keys on the keyboard. The keys Q, W , and E along with the 'Shift' button sound horrible and feel stiff when they are pressed down to by typed. All the rest of the keys sound solid and proper like all notebooks. They all have that nice clean feel to them when they are pressed down on except the ones I meantioned before. What can I do to solve this problem! Please help!

It's possible there's a problem with the keyboard itself. You may want to try to get it replaced. Normally when keys feel sticky, there's something under it jamming it or there was a liquid spill of some sort that is causing it to stick/feel stiff.

I just got my Inspiron 8600 a couple of days ago as well. And I don't have the problem with my keyboard that you are talking about. So you may actually have something wrong or your being too sensitive? [ ;)]
