    My Laptop is not working

    I think my motherboard has crashed because i cannot see anything once i turn on the computer. a few sounds come and then it turns off by itself. if you have any information on how to buy a new motherboard or to fix it, Please TELL ME! I have a Dell inspiron 6000. thx

    Are you techy enough to change the motherboard yourself, if not, probably cheaper to buy another laptop.
    Was there any recent trauma to the unit that might have knocked loose some memory. That sometimes causes what you are describing. Other than that, we need more info on exactly what is happening. :confused:
