    Theres bright white patches on my screen. what is that? i see it in everything i do

    I read about that in a different forum, I will try to find it for you but I do believe they ended up getting a rep to come replace the screen but im NOT absolutely sure on that one. Cause I have read alot of forums about these screens.

    its like little white dots thats on the upper right side of the screen. it can be seen on a white black ground. the White spots are brighter then every part of the screen.

    i too have the same problem with my inspiron 640m.. there are white dots around 5.. they are visible of white background but not on colored ones.. i thought it would be visible on black background but it's not.. only in white background.. is this normal? please advise..
