Good morning.
I would like to understand why my order placed and processed on the 09/28/2011 which was first estimated delivery on 10/10/2011 is now updated and delayed until 10/21/2011.
My computer, an expensive one, is now delayed 11 days more.
My system is a Dell XPS 15z with the top specifications.
As you can notice on my purchase order, I ask for the next day shipping, that was because I have process depending on this new computer. I have a time schedule attached to this expensive computer.
What can I do?
