    Having difficulty ordering computer on black friday, so I ordered Dell Precision T7400 Mini-Tower on Dec.5th 2009.
    They gave me estimate delievering date was Jan,5th 2010. It was too slow for me, because i needed it for my new business which i opened already.
    I ordered it before i opened my business, but now they delayed my order to Jan.11th 2010.
    I already called them before they delayed my order, telling them i need it asap for my business, without it, i can't do anything.
    and i was checking my order if they shipped or not, but OMG!!! it's even worse than saying that they're still "in production".
    People order things because they need it! but what kind of business are they running?? I don't understand,
    They are so!!!! slow and even most of my friends are very unhappy with Dell service, including Me. :mad:
