    Right down my order status is down for being updated...does that mean it's shipped? I HATE SUSPENSE. HELP

    if you were at "boxing" yes, but shipped doesn't mean it actually is ready to leave with DHL, it just means Dell is going through the shipping procedure

    how do u check the stages of ur order status online......whenever i check, it just shows as in production, and when i click on it, it simply shows an explanation of the different stages.......
