Have you tried reinstalling Windows 8? Does it happen in safe mode?

I re-install it many times but nothing changed ,

I think that this problem happens with the new update of BIOS (A11) from Dell. Because I saw other members run the win 8 without problems with the A09 version of Bios

Can I Flash my Bios with a custom one ?? from this thred: http://forum.notebookreview.com/dell-inspiron-dell-studio/623006-n5110-bios-mod.html

After deactivating my wireless card, laptop work fine.
so the problem happens with wireless 1701 card,
Now, i am not able to connect to internet by wireless but i can connect through ethernet cable.
