Hey guys. I have a Dell N7010 and I initially thought that I would not want to game on it at all so I just went with the integrated graphics chip. But now with some games coming out that I want to play I wanted to see if anyone happens to know if I can put a better graphics chip/card in this laptop? I have not been able to find much information online about the mbd that is in this laptop and I haven't opened it up yet as I didn't want to start tearing into it if there was no chance that the graphics could be upgraded. Thanks in advance.

It looks like the GPU is soldered to the motherboard. You won't be able to upgrade it unless you change out the motherboard. You may need to replace other parts like the heatsink as well.

Thanks for the response. I noticed that the same model can also come with the ATI HD5470 Mobility Radeon. Can I safely assume based on your response that the motherboard would be different?
