i m agree with u. Dell Teach team is just time waste they always keep on hold for at least 30 mins.

About the whole unplugging and hitting the power button - that happened once with my 1520. Wouldn't do anything so I had to pull the battery, unplug and hold the power button. Worked on the first try after that.
