Its about time DFS gets it . . .
This I haven't had much of an issue with, but I can imagine it happens.
I didn't mind much, but yes I have had to do that on about every Dell machine I've owned. Considering its my laptop, I imagine that I would take better care of it than a tech would . . . however many consumers do not know how to do that kind of stuff so this claim definitely has merit.
My goodness . . . I'm definitely tired of this happening, I'm glad to see Dell dinged for it.

People keep feeding the beast so it doesnt matter. If the customers dont stop ordering they wont stop treating them like ****. Lawsuit or not if they still turn profits they'll keep doing it.
