    Does anyone know the best place to get an new battery. (6 or 9 cell)? thanks or is dell my best option.

    well i've found them cheaper at places like portablecomponents.com and pacificbattery.com. i was just wondering it these were safe places to buy from. Yea Dell (lol) thats obvious.

    I bought a battery on eBay from Accesskit2K. Shipped from California, priced in Canadian $, and with the exchange rate it was impossible to pass up. The battery was brand new and works like a champ! Here's the link to the store:
