ok one of my laptop keys fell off because i was rubbing at it too hard (the windows key) and i cant get it back on. i tried to go to a computer repair center and they say they dont have the necessary tools and will charge around $70 to replace the entire keyboard which i will definitely not be doing. i was wondering if i can make up a excuse to get dell tech over to fix another problem like my gpu overheating and tell him to re attach the keys on? i have the NBD (Next Business Day on-site) warranty.

what would u do in my case? ive been trying to reattach the key for a while but i seem to be only making it worse lol

Wouldn't the next business day on site cover a broken keyboard?
