    ok im looking to upgrade to a newer laptop so of course im looking to sell my current one, i have browsed ebay trying to get a feel on a price. Could you guys please give me your opinion on what this lappy is worth?

    Dell Insprion 8000
    Pentium III 1 GHZ
    512 megs ram
    Geforce2 Go 32 meg
    30 gig HD
    DVD/CDRW combo drive
    15" UXGA 1600x1200 optimized
    brand new linksys WIFI card
    builtin ethernet and firewire plus extra 3com ethernet card
    charger and one battery
    wireless mouse
    no dead pixels on screen or scratches on it

    nobody pays a premium for secondhand electronics, in fact, most people dont buy secondhand electronics at all, especially dated architecture like a p3.

    maybe u can get a couple hundred bucks for it, maybe.

    you may be better off donating it to people who really need computers, and then getting a reciept for tax deduction this year
