Need EPP Salesmen

Any one know of a good EPP salesmen that I could call. I called trying to get a good deal and the free overnight shipping that everyone talks about but I couldnt understand what they guy was saying, and he knew nothing really, and he wouldnt go with the price I had online because of the warranty. Didnt seem like he was going to take anything off or give any free upgrades.

 

I would like one too.

And the free overnight shipping, at least for me, was obtained by complaining about the wait time on the order. I got mine after about a week just by complaining enough via email.

How did you get it so cheap, Im looking at 1350 with a good deal and only a 8300 for the cpu

 

Isnt there a tutorial for the best way to get a deal by calling a dell salesmen, I rememeber reading it, but I cant find it, anyone know the link?

You could just work for Dell and get an Employee Discount which might be a bit higher, then quit once you place your order with the Dell Employee discount. lol jk.

 

I tried to get them to apply the 25% discount coupon ontop of the 12% EPP discount I get from work, they wouldn't budge, maybe I will try tomorrow with a different rep. Has anyone been lucky getting dell to honor the 25% coupons ontop of EPP discounts?

 

I was able to combine my EPP discount with the 40% off promotion they had going on. Call Tom with the number I posted in this thread. He might add some extras. Have him email you a quote. Wait a few days, call back, say you looked at a HP or something, and ask if he can do anything with the price.

nope, the 25% coupon only works for the Home&Office section, different from the EPP section... hard to find a dell-rep willing to give u both discounts, since u already get a good deal in the epp section on top of the 12% discount

 

The rep I used had to get approval/override to add both discounts, but I was only on hold for like 3 minutes while he did it.

 

I got my free overnight shipping as I ordered on the phone. I asked about the 6/5 ESD, thats it. Just asked.

"Not to worry, we give you the quicking shipping, 1 night you wait!"

 

I will probably call tomorrow, do I have to do the couple days thing, because I cant really wait past tomorrow because of the deal they have right now

 

I waited like three days after the 40% off promotion ended to order. Just get a quote while the promo is still going on.

I ordered when they had the 40% off deal at the end of April. He knocked the 40% off, then put me on hold while he got the authorization to add the 12% discount.

I had a quote before that, too, when I used a coupon code. I forget which code, but he also allowed me to use my EPP discount with that.

 

I got robbed on mine, I have mattocs settings besides the LED screen and no warranty and I paid 1700+
