    Need Help!

    hi guys, so i attempt to OC my dell 1520 video card (8600 GT) and i accidently went to much, while i was scanning for artifacts, the computer froze so i had to press restart, when the computer load up again, i try to run ATI tools it comes up with something about "kernel lock" so i reinstall the drivers again to see if it change anything. after installation was done, i start up ATI tools and this time it says "permision was denied when trying to access the kernel mode driver, run ATI tools as administrative." so i run it as administrative. when i ran it in administrative mode, it'll let me OC it however when i run the game it seems like my card wasnt OC at all. i'm now and i use to get 31 FPS, now i barely get's 25 on the same setting. please help!
