    i have a dell inspiron 1521 running vista home and about a month ago my sound went out and i get a x over my volume tab.It says that there is no audio ouput device installed i have contacted dell and they give me no help i have unistalled the driver and installed a new one it then comes up sayin problem installing high definiion audio device,or problem installing sigmatel audio device or idt audio device codec how can i gfet my sound back again i really need it for work. if u can help me please eamil me at [email protected]
