    I took the processor out of my Dell desktop to replace the 6 year old thermal paste. I just put the processor back in(correctly) and now when I turn on the computer, it doesn't boot up at all; the cpu fan just shoots up to max speed! What's wrong? Hopefully the computer isn't fried?!
