    Need Help with DSDT override [error 6105] Dell Studio 1747

    Hi, my laptop is a Dell Studio 1747.

    I've been dealing with this for 2 days and I can't find a repair anywhere on Error 6105.

    If someone already has it compiled I will be more than grateful if I share it!

    dsdt-modified.dsl 8715: 0x0004FFFF,
    Error 6105 - Invalid object type for reserved name ^ (_PRT: found Integer at index 0, Package required)

    dsdt-modified.dsl 8716: Zero,
    Error 6105 - ^ Invalid object type for reserved name (_PRT: found Integer at index 1, Package required)

    dsdt-modified.dsl 8717: Zero,
    Error 6105 - ^ Invalid object type for reserved name (_PRT: found Integer at index 2, Package required)

    I tried to follow a guide from this site: https://egpu.io/forums/pc-setup/fix-dsdt-override-to-correct-error-12/ however i am stuck at this error.

    FAQ:

    -I have disabled UAC

    -I use CMD in Administrator mode.

    -I need to do it because this graphics card (rx 580 8gb) works only on 8gb RAM and unfortunately it is too late to change it (I would be more than happy if I could use it on 4gb).

    -I have tried the version of iASL from 2020 and still the same problem.

    Thank you in advance for your help, even if it doesn't work out.

    BTW when i use 4gb of RAM i can boot into windows but the fans on the graphic card stop working when drivers for the card are installed (however i can open AMD software with no errors)
