    Need Keyboard Information for the Vostro 1500

    Strange request.

    I need the length, in in. or cm., from the front of the Vostro 1500 to the start of the keyboard. Eg. The offset of the keys.

    This is an internal purchase for someone who hates when there is too much area between the front and the keys! For some reason this is not mentioned on Dell's site. :)

    They moved the keyboard forward on the vostro 1500 and the insprion 1520 from the way it was on the 1505. I measured and its about a 4 inches or so. Its just perfect to rest your palms on.
