    You are probably going to have to do some legwork on this as the system was probably never offered with XP.

    For instance, you can get the video driver from ATI, the NIC from RealTek, etc. You can get the device numbers from the support.dell.com page below (pretty sure I have the right system)

    Drivers & Downloads

    Once you have the device numbers, go to:

    ATI: Graphics Drivers & Software
    RealTek: Realtek

    Apparently, there are some non-manufacturer sites that offer the IDT driver,
    Use those at your own risk.: Google

    Same for the card reader: Google
