I understand this is quite weird to ask but I've been having a issue with my laptop battery and tried to download quickset. But when I try to install the new quickset drive it just says "This system is not supported". I than realize that my laptop is different from the one in the picture on "My drivers and downloads", on Dells website. I've already started a topic with some Dell guy talking about my battery issue and he still suggests to update the BIOS and Quickset even though my service tag is wrong on the site. Also could someone explain what he meant by saying this: "With regards to the Service tag information, As per the service tag provided the system purchased is an INSPIRON 5537 only." Does he mean that even though I have Inspiron 15 7537, I cannot change it? Unless I were to buy a same model but different service tag??

I've sent him a reply but at same time, really frustrated as I want to get my drivers for my laptop. I promise you, I wont use your service tag in other way than just using it for Dells site for drivers. If you want proof than i'll be happy to give you some pictures of the laptop. So, yeah just PM me.

You don't need a service tag to download the drivers and quickset, you can select the option of choosing a product from the list. Anyway here is the direct link to a generic 7537:

    Hi TJKV,

Man, I feel such a fool. I never knew Dell had this page as I always used the normal feature of entering in the service tag or the detect software. Thank you so much.
