Bettery depends on your mobility needs, T8300 is fine. LED is 720p and have the highest brightness and most vibrant colors. If your only HD source will be the laptop maybe the full HD screen will be best for you

No idea honestly, I imagine the intergrated should be fine.
Also, get the Intel wifi card, the Dell one sucks and is known to drop connections and need disabled and enabled to connect again
